Local 112 extends our deepest sympathies to the Carroll family. Jeff was known for his dedication to the IUPAT District Council 4 as a Business Rep for Local 660 and Political Director and then interim Business Manager/ Secretary Treasurer during a very difficult time for District Council 4 before he retired. His selflessness and organizing skills always brought many people together for many events and occasions and could always find Jeff with his gregarious smile and laugh. He was a friend to all and a mentor to many and will be sorely missed, thank you for everything Brother your memory will live on and never be forgotten ✊✊✊
