Father of Christopher (Jade) Kruger, Kimberly (Ed) Gram, Lisa (Tom) Brusehaber and Dominic (Jeymie) Sorrentino, Jr.
Grandfather of Justin (Kaitlyn), Evan, Olivia and Gabriella.
Great-grandfather of McKenna and Maeve.
Loving brother of Julie Ann Gawlak.
Dearest uncle of Mark, Kerry (Paul) Wegoner, Andrew (Anna) and Daniel (Carolina) Gawlak.
Son of the late Leo “Bud”, Sr. and Adeline (Kumiega) Kruger.
Also survived by beloved in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, June 7th at 10:30 Our Lady of Victory Basilica.
Buddy played football for Lackawanna High School and Boston College, which he won a 4 yr. academic and football scholarship. Buddy was the first Lackawanna Steeler to make an All WNY Football Team and was honored at 17 yrs. old as Athlete Of The Year. He was also an avid golfer and gardener.
Buddy retired as Superintendent of Maintenance at Bethlehem Steel after 40 yrs. and as Maintenance Supervisor from Milk Bone of Buffalo.
Flowers declined. Memorial may be made to Concussion Legacy Foundation in Buddy’s name.
