Age 85. Beloved husband of Betty (Schneider) and the late Grace (Augustine) Ruberto.
Son of the late Louis and Mary (Di Tondo) Ruberto Yensan and stepson of Robert Yensan, Sr.
Beloved father of Antoinette “Toni” Ruberto, Sherry (Garry) Thie and Richard F. Ruberto, Jr.
Step-father of Brenda (William) Scritchfield.
Proud grandfather of Garry, II (Nicole), Justin and Cory (Brittney) Thie. Step grandfather of Robyn (David) Beasley, Amberr and Ashlie Scritchfield.
Loving great-grandfather of Tyler, Matthew, Kylee, Grace, Giovanni and Luca (Thie) and Arianna Ruffin and Kalani Scritchfield.
Brother of Louis (Joan) Ruberto, Jr. and Mary (late Joseph) Law.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, sisters and brother-in-law and family and friends, including his good pal Nick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday morning at St. Teresa’s Church at 9:30. Please assemble at church.
Flowers declined. Memorials may be made to Knights of Columbus, Msgr. Nash Council, #3875, 261 S. Legion Dr., Buffalo, NY 14220, where Dick was a 4th Degree Knight for 44 years. Dick often delivered food baskets to the needy and proudly sponsored his grandsons Garry, Justin and Cory Thei to join him in the Knights of Columbus.
He also spent more than 20 years as an umpire with WNY Umpires Assoc., where he was joined by his grandsons Justin and Cory. He served in the National Guard of NY.

Betty, Rickie and family, my deepest condolences on Dicks passing. Well always remember the kindnesses he extended to me. I well remember the time we spent together at all the various Knights functions. May he rest in peace.
